Get started successfully in three weeks
Creating a new tenant in the cloud is completed within a few days. We help with the initial setup of the system and take care of integrating external systems.
Preparation and Configuration (1-2 weeks)
The first implementation step includes setting up the moviniti tenant, preliminary system and process configuration, entering master data, and setting up a test system. In parallel with the other tasks, preparation of the assembly workstations can be started.
Specification of Interfaces & Processes (2-4 weeks)
If orders or delivery notes are to be automatically transferred from other systems or via email, we will handle the specification and development of the interface together with the provider of the external system. Our standard interfaces allow for rapid integration.
Implementation & Testing (1-2 weeks)
The configurations are finalized in the system and validated through various tests in a real environment (in the warehouse or using our demo warehouse). If new features or process steps are required, the testing phase will be postponed until the new functions are completed.
Go-Live & Hypercare (1 week)
After successful acceptance, the live system is configured and the moviniti app is installed on the scanners. At the same time, warehouse staff are trained and inventory data is either imported or recorded as part of a stocktaking. The duration of intensive support during the hypercare phase is determined together.
Total duration: 3-6 weeks
The total duration of the implementation depends on whether and how many individual interfaces to external systems are required.
