Successfully start in two weeks
Setting up a new client in the cloud is completed within a few days. We assist with the initial system setup and handle the integration of external systems.
Preparation and configuration (1-2 weeks)
The first step of implementation includes setting up the moviniti client, preliminary configuration of the system and processes, entry of master data, and setting up a test system. In parallel with further tasks, the preparation of logistics areas can be started.
Specification interfaces & processes (2-4 weeks)
If orders or delivery notes are to be automatically transferred from other systems or by email, we take care of the specification and setup of the interface together with the external system provider. Our standard interfaces enable fast integration.
Implementation & testing (1-2 weeks)
Configurations are finalized in the system and validated in various tests in a real environment (in the warehouse or using our demo warehouse). If new functions or process steps are required, the test phase is extended until the new functions are completed.
Go-Live & Hypercare (1 week)
After successful acceptance, the configuration of the live system and installation of the moviniti app on the scanners will take place. At the same time, warehouse staff will be trained and inventory data either imported or recorded as part of a stocktaking. The duration of intensive support during the Hypercare phase is determined together.
Total duration: 2-4 weeks
The total implementation duration depends on whether and how many individual interfaces to external systems are required.
